We’ve created a unique Group Experience – Pilates Reformer GX. Immersive in its nature and all-encompassing in its approach, it's designed this way to give you a faster, functional, athletic exercise that still stays true to the core principals of Pilates.




It’s unlike any other exercise you may have tried before. With an emphasis on building core muscle and precise focus on form you will see results very quickly.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, Pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse”. People who do Pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.

Unlike many other training programs, Pilates works the whole body, emphasizing control, precision and concentration in both the mind and the body. Movements are not performed rapidly or repeated excessively instead, the focus is on quality not quantity. The abdominal muscles, lower back and buttocks serve as the center of all movement, allowing the rest of the body to move freely. This focus on core stabilization makes one stronger from the inside out and is critical for the advancement of the client. The low impact nature of Pilates makes it ideal for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Suggested for All Levels. Teachers present/suggest more challenging variations so classes are appropriate for all from beginners to advanced students, creating an environment to build and strengthen your practice over time.


Suggested for students who have practiced more than 10 Pilates Reformer classes.


Foundation class orients students in a safe operation of the reformers used in group classes and introduces them to a systematic order and choreography of the exercises. Students will learn 5 important principles of Pilates on Reformer to prepare themselves for reform classes. Minimum 1 session needed.uggested for students who have practiced more than 10 Pilates Reformer classes.

Note: Students new to Pilates Reformer need to attend minimum 1 session of Foundation class.
